NYC Mechanical Keyboard Meetup Sponsor Prospectus

Thank you for considering sponsoring one of our meetups! Vendor sponsorships help offset the cost of space rentals and other expenses in order to keep attendee ticket prices as low as possible. We have 2 tiers of sponsorships:

Event Sponsor

At this level, sponsoring a meetup gives you

• Free entry for up to 4 people to the event
• A 6 foot by 4 foot table and chairs dedicated to you for the duration of the meetup
• The ability to display and/or sell products to attendees
• A chance to meet keyboard enthusiasts and community members
• A top-level call-out as a sponsor on our ticket page, with a link to your website, Instagram, Discord, etc.
• A top-level call-out as a sponsor on our event recap page, with a link to your website, Instagram, Discord, etc.
• Verbal mentions during announcements at the event. You are welcome to provide specific language to be used in these announcements

In return for sponsoring, we ask for you to

• Provide at least one item for a giveaway at the event
• Pay a small fee to offset meetup costs

Giveaway Sponsor

At this level, sponsoring a meetup gives you

• A call-out as a sponsor on our event recap page, with a link to your website, Instagram, Discord, etc.
• Verbal mentions during announcements at the event. You are welcome to provide specific language to be used in these announcements

In return for sponsoring, we ask for you to

• Provide at least one item for a giveaway at the event

All sponsors, along with attendees, are expected to follow our Code of Conduct. Giveaways at our events are run using our open source application Wonka.
